Con esta herramienta puedes ver claramente ambas velocidades. A mí me sirvió para descubrir que mi proveedor me daba 100 Mbps de bajada, pero solo 3 de subida, algo que no me habían dicho al contratar. Reclamar fue más fácil teniendo datos.
