Hmm 14% body fat is quite low, so it will be difficult and hard work for you to drop lower than that. Your diet will be the main thing. I am releasing a nutrition and workout guide for mesomorphs in around 2 weeks so keep your eyes out for that! Oh and cellulite is partly due to genetics but you can reduce it.
